central location public transportation nearby restaurants good breakfast
the hotel is centrally located. access to public transportation is easy. there are shops and restaurants nearby. i found a supermarket next door where i got a nice breakfast.
my bathroom was a bit small, but manageable. the shower draining system could have been better. it caused minor flooding.

my room was spacious. it had a window that opened for fresh air. the staff let me leave my luggage before check-in. it was very convenient to walk around the area.

the hotel is in a perfect location. there were many excellent restaurants surrounding the building. i easily walked to most places. buses and trains were also very close.

Excellent City Center Stay
convenient location helpful staff handy map luggage storage
I found the location convenient. The proximity to major attractions allowed me to explore on foot easily. The staff was helpful with directions, and they also provided a map (which I found quite handy!). I especially appreciated the luggage storage after checking out, a service , made my last day much easier.
The elevator was a bit small, but I only had to wait a few moments each time.

The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. There is also a tour desk available. I did not use it, but saw many guests consulting it. An elevator offers access to the upper floors, easing transport, especially for those with heavy luggage.

Breakfast service includes a variety of pastries, and also offers fresh fruit (I liked the oranges!). Coffee and tea are available during breakfast hours. I believe it is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The dining area is well-lit and has sufficient seating.

My Standard Double Room featured a double bed, and also included a private bathroom. The room had a wardrobe for clothing storage, and this really helped to keep organized. A television with international channels provided entertainment (especially during downtime).

running toilet thin walls
the location was quite convenient near public transport.
i found the room wasn't very soundproof i could hear other guests easily the toilet was also running constantly which was annoying i recommend bringing ear plugs to block out the noise.

The location was great. Grocery store access was easy. Many food options are nearby. I found the metro and train station close. The rooms were clean. Hotel was comfortables.
The walkway to store luggage had several stairs. It was a small inconvenience.

This hotel has a very good central position. The famed Santa Justa Lift is just minutes away. The 28 tram and Rossio Square are close too. A convenience store sits nearby.

Rooms were decent size and they were clean. The hotel offers great comfort. Older rooms are spacious enough. Newer rooms seems very nice from what i could see.

sweet escape in the heart of it all
ideal location helpful staff easy access great service
I found the location genuinely ideal. access to rossio square was so easy. It is literally around the corner. a supermarket is right beneath the place. It was easy to get essentials. the reception staff were consistently helpful. They offered great service.
the room was small, and the floor was a little worn. it wasn't a huge problem, but i did notice it.
